As you walk through Perugia’s ancient streets, you’ll stop for a series of generous tastings of Umbrian food, local wines, and craft beer. All included, and enough for a full meal.

Testimonials
In our guests' words
I’ve been coming to Perugia for the Umbria Jazz Festival 7 times now. Usually, I like to explore by wandering around and using trial and error—and honestly, you can’t get bad food in Perugia anyway! But I decided to join this tour to dive a bit deeper, and I’m so glad I did.
It turned out there are so many hidden gems in this city that I never would have discovered on my own. Pietrina was a wonderful guide. I learned so much from her, and most importantly, she introduced me to my new favorite local produce shop!
Big shout-out to Antonio and his amazing shop, Bavicchi. From great Perugian chocolate, candied fruit, and orange peels to his homemade digestive liqueur and—wait for it—a 25-year-aged balsamic vinegar! This vinegar was my ultimate winning find. If you are a foodie, you know exactly what that means.
Highly recommended for both seasoned Umbrian travelers and first-timers alike.
Beautiful and delicious Perugia!!
We had a fabulous time on our food tour in Perugia! Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. It was the perfect combo of food and history and culture. Every place we went was delicious and interesting! What a stunning city!!!
This is an absolutely wonderful food tour and Perugia is an amazing city to visit. I had two groups that I took to Perugia in October with 10 and 13 people and Susan and Richard take you on a fabulous culinary/history tour of this wonderful and historic city. You will make 6-7 stops and taste a wide variety of food and drink and will definitely leave with a full stomach but also get a good walk in. A definite must if you are near Perugia.
Absolutely, positively amazing day! Our guide, Petriena was so friendly along with knowledgeable and patient with our late start. We learned so much and the food was delicious. We even met the owner Susan, who helped us navigate a solution to a problem 3 of our traveling companions experienced. Thank you for a beautiful memory and we hope to return to Italy to book another tour with this lovely company.
Our food tour with Pietrina was a highlight of our trip. We had great fun sampling local food and drink, getting recommendations for additional places to eat and shop during our stay in the city, and learning about the history and culture of Perugia. We thoroughly enjoyed discussing all things culinary with our gracious and knowledgeable guide. We took our tour with Pietrina early in our two-week stay, which worked out very well because it gave us a good foundation and orientation and made us feel welcome and comfortable.
Richard was an excellent host and tour guide with a font of information on the Perugia Historic centre and on the food and drinks we were served at the various tastings at the lovely and interesting venues we visited. Highly recommend you take this tour as it provides way more than just food tastings which were also very generous. Thanks for the fabulous hospitality Richard it added another layer of memories for us to take away and share with others. Perugia was well worth a visit and extended stay. Kind regards Steve and Sarah from New Zealand
